Shipping policy

Thyrocare Technologies Limited (“Company or “We” or “Our” or “Us”) strongly recommends that all the users (“Customer/s” or “You” or “Your”) read, understand and familiarize themselves with Our shipping policy (“Policy”) prior to using any services of https://www.thyromart.com/, https://thyronxt.thyrocare.com/login and any other mobile application, if any (“Platform”).

The following Policy applies to items/ products purchased online from the Company through Platform. Please read this Policy before placing an order with the Company.

  1. Order Processing: We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days of receiving Your order confirmation. This timeframe may be longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
    You will receive an email notification with tracking information once Your order has shipped.

  2. Shipping Methods and Costs: All the shipments will be dispatched via surface mode by default. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of Your order.
    We ship across PAN India.

  3. Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the destination address. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside Our control, such as weather conditions, carrier delays, incorrect address and pin code. Once Your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can track Your order through the shipping carrier’s website. 

  4. Shipping Carrier: We typically use DTDC, Blue Dart, Anjani, Delhivery, Ecom, Shree Maruti, etc. but may use other carriers at our discretion. Carrier selection is done on the basis of pin code serviceability.

  5. Damaged Packages: If your package arrives in damaged condition, please contact us within 2 (two) days of delivery with photos of the damaged package and its contents. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue (also if any damaged shipment is received, please mention the remarks on the POD/acknowledgement sheet).

  6. Address Corrections: Please make sure the shipping address provided is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect address information. Changes to the shipping address after the order has been placed may result in additional fees or delays.

  7. Order Tracking: You can track the status of your order by using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

The Policy is subject to change by the Company. Suitable announcements will be made on the Platform and it is the responsibility of every Customer to remain updated by visiting the Platform regularly. If Customer(s) do not wish to accept the revised Policy, they should not continue to use the services of Platform. 

Any claims against the Company and/or the Platform with subject to this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
